This award celebrates our ongoing commitment to building a supportive, creative, and inclusive
environment. It’s a place where people can grow, do their best work, and collaborate with our amazing partners.
The ceremony took place on Thursday, 2nd October, at The Royal Institution in London, and was hosted by GamesIndustry.biz. It was an incredible event that celebrated the people and companies who make the games industry such a welcoming and inspiring community.
Before the event, the GamesIndustry.biz team asked us to share a few video clips from across Fireshine. They wanted to know why it’s such a great place to work. The responses were full of personality (and a few laughs!), and together they truly showed our team’s spirit. Therefore, we’re excited to share that video here too—it really captures who we are.
Moreover, we were proud to be finalists in two special categories: Training & Development and Environmental. Both reflect what we care about most. We believe in investing in our people, supporting personal and professional growth, and building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
