Core Keeper Community Conduct Guidelines

We are committed to keeping Core Keeper community spaces safe, friendly, and approachable for all players. While some of our online spaces (such as the official Core Keeper Community Discord) have their own rules and regulations, please use the following community conduct guidelines to inform your behaviour when it comes to interacting with other community members within online spaces and the game.

1. Be kind and respectful to your fellow Explorers regardless of differing opinions. Do not engage in inflammatory behaviour, troll, personally attack or bully others in any way.

2. Please do not discuss or distribute any illegal content (this includes the discussion or distribution of pirated materials), inappropriate or harmful content, or anything NSFW within Core Keeper community spaces or the in-game chat.

3. Please do not share offensive content or use offensive language within Core Keeper community spaces or the in-game chat. We are a safe and friendly community with zero tolerance for content that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

4. Avoid sharing any sensitive or overly personal information such as telephone numbers, email addresses, or other private information within Core Keeper community spaces or the in-game chat.

If you are experiencing an issue with another Core Keeper player…

For issues experienced within Core Keeper online multiplayer games, you may wish to contact the host, who will be able to kick the player via the pause menu of the game. The host will then be able to refresh the game’s invite code so that the player cannot re-join. Refreshing the invite code will not kick any players currently in the game.

If you feel as though a player has engaged in illegal/harmful content or behaviour within an online game of Core Keeper, please refer to the reporting mechanisms for your platform (Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Epic).

For issues experienced within Core Keeper community spaces, please contact the account holder or community manager/s directly. For example, you can reach out to our admins or moderators for conduct issues experienced on Discord, or you can tag @corekeepergame for conduct issues experienced on X.
